1. Campground Potatoes

You won’t believe how easy it is to make potatoes in foil! You’ll need one piece of tin foil for each portion. You can use a baking sheet as a work surface. Line it with tin foil and mix olive oil, garlic and thyme. Cut potatoes into dice-sized pieces, using about a handful for each person eating. Add to the center of each foil. You could also add other seasonings and salt and pepper to taste. Fold up all 4 sides of each foil packet. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes. Wrap up into a foil leaving potatoes in a single layer. Place in a hot fire or grill for 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft and slightly crispy on the outside. Enjoy!

2. Salmon and Asparagus in Foil

This ideal summer dish can be easily made at a campfire! Place one salmon fillet in the center of a tinfoil sheet over a few stalks of fresh asparagus. Add a mixture of tomatoes, lemon juice, and parsley on top of the fish. Sprinkle with olive oil, and season to taste! Bring up the sides of foil and fold it to a sealed packet. Finally, heat grill on high and add foil packet to grill for or hot campfire for about 10 minutes and wait for delicious results!

3. Foil pack Sriracha Honey Wings

Love spicy food? Sriracha Honey Wings is a delicious treat for spicy food lovers dining under the night sky.
Tear two pieces of foil that are about 12-inch by 8-inch and stack them on top of each other. Combine 1 tbsp. Sriracha sauce, ½ tbsp. honey, ½ tbsp. soy sauce, ½ tbsp. rice vinegar and 1 tbsp. sesame oil in a gallon-sized zip-lock bag. When fully combined, toss chicken in the mixture and allow to marinate for 30 minutes in your cooler or refrigerator. Remove wings from bag and place on center of each foil. Next, seal up the packets and place on a hot grill or over the campfire for about 25 to 30 minutes, flipping 2 to 3 times throughout. Remove packet from grill and unfold. Garnish with green onion.

4. Chocolate Marshmallow Banana Boats

A great recipe for kids at the campfire! Split the bananas lengthwise to create a boat to hold the ingredients. Load the bananas with your choice of toppings!We love adding caramel bits, chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, or crushed graham cracker. Yum! Wrap individually in foil, and then place near the campfire for long enough to melt the candies. Open up and enjoy!
